Predictions currently sit at 55-65% accuracy using pattern analysis and educated assumptions. We’re actively building a feedback system where real callout data from users improves accuracy over time — the target is 85%+. The more crew that use CrewIQ, the smarter it gets.
Which airlines and bases are supported?
CrewIQ supports 25+ airlines with universal coverage through our 3-tier database system. Major US carriers (United, American, Southwest, Delta, JetBlue, etc.) have detailed pattern data, while all other airlines use intelligent fallback patterns. We cover 60+ North American airports plus 7,000+ global airports.
Do I need to create an account?
You’ll be asked for your email when you first open the app — that’s it. No lengthy signup, no credit card. This gives you full access to the reserve predictor, fatigue tracking, certification management, layover hub, crew notes, and all other features.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Your schedule data, certifications, and personal information are encrypted and never shared. Prediction patterns are anonymised and aggregated to improve accuracy for all users. You can delete your data at any time.
What devices does CrewIQ work on?
CrewIQ works on any device with a browser — phone, tablet, or desktop. The web app is fully mobile-optimised so it feels native on your phone. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are coming soon.
