1. Service Description

CrewIQ is a mobile and web application that provides reserve callout predictions, schedule management, fatigue tracking, and certification management tools for flight crew members.

What We Provide

• AI-powered reserve callout probability predictions
• Schedule tracking and calendar management
• Fatigue awareness monitoring
• Certification expiry tracking
• Time window predictions and alerts

What We Do NOT Provide

• Official airline scheduling systems
• Medical or safety advice
• Guaranteed prediction accuracy
• Integration with airline internal systems

2. User Accounts and Access

Account Creation

During the beta period, access is granted via email registration. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate information during registration

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use CrewIQ. The Service is currently intended for flight crew members at commercial airlines.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You May

• Use the Service for personal schedule and fatigue management
• Provide feedback to improve prediction accuracy
• Export your personal data at any time
• Share your experience with other crew members

You May NOT

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to violate any airline policies or FAA regulations
• Submit false or misleading feedback to manipulate predictions
• Resell, redistribute, or commercialize access to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purposes

4. Predictions and Disclaimers

No Guarantees

CrewIQ predictions are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees. We provide decision support tools, not decision-making systems. You remain solely responsible for:

• Checking official airline scheduling systems
• Complying with all airline and FAA regulations
• Making fitness-for-duty decisions
• Managing your schedule and commitments

Accuracy Expectations

While we strive for high accuracy (currently 70-85% based on beta testing), predictions may be incorrect due to:

• Unforeseen operational changes
• Limited historical data for your airline/base
• Irregular operations (weather, mechanical, etc.)
• Changes in airline reserve policies

Not Medical or Safety Advice

The fatigue tracking feature is a personal awareness tool only. It is NOT:

• Medical advice or diagnosis
• A substitute for FAA/airline fatigue policies
• A fitness-for-duty determination
• Approved or certified by any aviation authority

Always follow your airline’s fatigue risk management policies and FAA regulations. If fatigued, contact your airline’s scheduling department.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

CrewIQ, including all software, algorithms, designs, logos, and content, is owned by Studio Launch Ltd. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You retain all rights to the personal data you input into CrewIQ (schedules, certifications, etc.). We claim no ownership of your data.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CrewIQ for personal, non-commercial purposes during your subscription period.

6. Beta Program Terms

Current Status

CrewIQ is currently in beta testing. This means:

• Features may change without notice
• Service may experience downtime or bugs
• Predictions are being refined based on user feedback
• Beta access is provided free of charge

Beta Tester Responsibilities

By participating in the beta, you agree to:

• Provide honest feedback about prediction accuracy
• Report bugs and technical issues promptly
• Not publicly disparage the Service during active development
• Understand that features may be added, changed, or removed

Transition to Paid Service

When CrewIQ exits beta, pricing is expected to be $5-10/month. Beta testers will receive a 50% lifetime discount as a thank-you for early participation.

7. Payment and Billing (Post-Beta)

Subscription Terms

Upon launch, CrewIQ will operate on a subscription basis. Terms will include:

• Monthly or annual billing cycles
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Pro-rated refunds for unused subscription time (at our discretion)
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Service Provided “As Is”

CrewIQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.

Damages Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Launch Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Missed reserve callouts due to incorrect predictions
• Disciplinary actions resulting from reliance on the Service
• Lost income, opportunities, or employment
• Data loss or corruption
• Service downtime or interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of CrewIQ shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 during the free beta period, whichever is greater).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Launch Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any airline policies or FAA regulations
• Your misuse of the Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of CrewIQ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Key Points

• Schedule data is stored locally on your device
• We collect only name, email, airline, and base server-side
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• You can export or delete your data at any time

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page
• For material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification
• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance
• If you do not agree to changes, you may terminate your account

12. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting [email protected] or deleting your account in the app settings.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to pay subscription fees (post-beta)
• Use the Service in a way that harms other users or the platform

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• Your local data remains on your device (we cannot delete it)
• Server-side data may be deleted per our data retention policy
• No refunds for unused subscription time (unless required by law)

13. Governing Law and Disputes

Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

14. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Studio Launch Ltd. regarding CrewIQ.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
